Pro Bono
Kent Sinclair is committed to assisting the community by providing a minimum of 100 hours of free legal services per year.
The Firm works closely with the Victim Rights Law Center (VRLC) representing victims of sexual assault and rape in civil legal proceedings to shield the privacy of victims’ medical, psychological and educational records, as well as protecting clients by obtaining restraining orders against their attackers. In 2016 Kent received the VRLC Shining Star Award recognizing his exemplary dedication to pro bono representation of the VRLC’s clients.
Kent serves as the global privacy law counsel to an international not-for-profit organization that operates in over 80 countries.
Kent currently serves as Co-Chair of the Solo & Small Firm Forum of the Boston Bar Association and was Chair of the BBA’s Privacy Law Committee (2014-2018).
